Ocean Park shopping center has over 20 shops and another 30 in the immediate area butcher shops, barber shops, fresh produce and restaurants.
Ocean Park is a very desirable area of South Surrey and is a very close nit community, most people who live there enjoy it very much.
This is the beach front in Crescent Beach lots of sandy beaches and a wharf.		 Crescent Beach is a quaint area of South Surrey that has it's own shops, restaurants, beach front and promanade with a view of Vancouver.
